It was a true pleasure to attend TuttoFood Milano 2025, one of the world’s premier food exhibitions, and to taste togeteher our pride and joy,  Primmamore Panettone, our handcrafted artisanal panettone made with love and tradition in Sicily, Italy.

This year’s edition of TuttoFood was more than just a trade show , it was a celebration of Italy’s ambition to lead the global agri-food industry. The event highlighted Italy’s commitment to innovation, heritage, and excellence in food. We were proud to contribute to this effort, standing alongside thousands of Italian producers working to bring the best of Made in Italy to the world.

Bringing Sicilian Craftsmanship to a Global Stage

We had the pleasure to meet with dozens of participants and introduced visitors to the story and flavors behind our Primmamore Panettone,  a true Sicilian take on Italy’s most iconic holiday dessert. From the careful selection of ingredients which includes lemon, pistachio, chocolate and almond, to the slow, the Primmamore panettone represents not just a product, but a philosophy: quality, authenticity, and passion for tradition. With Primmamore we also aim to promote panettone during every season of the year, selecting seasonal ingredients that make our offering special.

The response from the people that tasted our product was overwhelming. Retailers, distributors, and food lovers from around the globe tasted Primmamore, learned, and connected. Many were delighted to discover that panettone could be both deeply traditional and refreshingly innovative  rooted in Sicilian flavor and flair.
